In accordance with Article 5 of the PASS Constitution, were are accepting nominations for PASS Representative positions of the following facilities:

WEU12-ZME (Memphis ARTCC Enviromental SSC) PASS Rep:

This is a first level Rep position and is included in the negotiated grievance procedure under Article 5 Section 7 step 1. The nomination closes on 5/18/19.

WEX19-TRI (Tri-Cities SSC) PASS Rep:

This is a first level Rep position and is included in the negotiated grievance procedure under Article 5 Section 7 step 1. The nomination closes on 5/11/19.

WET31-MCO (Orlando Nav/Comm SSC) PASS Rep:

This is a first level Rep position and is included in the negotiated grievance procedure under Article 5 Section 7 step 1. The nomination closes on 4/23/19.

PASS Members in good standing may submit the aforementioned nominations to one of the following via email, using their passmember.net email address or personal email account:

Nominations via .gov email addresses will not be accepted. Self nominations only.

After the nomination period is closed, We will conduct a secret ballot to determine the PASS Rep. If only one nomination is returned, a ballot will not take place, and the nominee will be declared the winner unopposed. If no nominations are received before the period closes, the nomination will remain open and the RVP’s will appoint a member in good standing to fill the position until a nomination is received. At that time the nomination will close upon a valid nomination from an eligible member. They will be elected unopposed.

I am using the web site to advertise this as an effort to expose as many members as possible to the nomination period.

This notice should be posted on the appropriate PASS bulletin boards to maximize exposure to the process.
