Our ask is simple: fight for federal employees and support aviation safety. This includes advocating for a strong workforce that is trained, fully staffed and not worried about their paychecks and their retirement security. The PASS PAC allows the union to build and foster meaningful relationships that provide PASS with a seat at the table when important decisions are being made and fight back when harmful policies are introduced.

In 2017, PASS was hard at work fighting sweeping cuts to federal employee benefits and dangerous threats to privatize the air traffic control system. Lawmakers targeted federal workers by introducing some of the most harmful legislation seen in decades. PASS fought alongside other federal employee unions to defeat these attacks, but the battle is far from over.
