Chapter NE3 member Jason Lubben has been approved for VLTP as he has had a major setback in recovery from a stroke and emergency brain surgery. Brother Jason is an ASI assigned to the Orlando Certificate Management Office. He is still in critical condition and his family is facing financial as well as medical issues.
