PASS Safety and Health Advocacy Award:
Awarded to the two chapters that maintain, promote and improve safety/health conditions in their own chapter and in others. These are the chapters that go above and beyond to ensure that chapter members are safe in the workplace.
Howard Johannssen Aviation Safety Award
Presented to PASS members that exemplify professionalism and display dedication to the aviation profession and the flying public through quick thinking and expertise in their field during a crisis or stressful situation. Award winners may show a willingness to improvise when options are limited and make decisions that save lives or have the potential to do so. The Howard Johannssen Safety Awards are named after the founder and first president of PASS.

Chapter Advocate:
Awarded to the member who supports the goals of the chapter and the union overall. May be a member of a chapter committee or someone who works in one or more areas of chapter business such as safety, legislative, organizing, etc.
