Anyone who wishes to support the activities and the objectives of PASS and who is not a PASS

bargaining unit employee may apply to become an associate member. Associate members shall

be entitled to all privileges and benefits of membership, except for access to member-only content, attending closed meetings, voting and holding office. Support our efforts!

Anyone who was an active member of PASS may apply to become a retired member after

retirement from the federal government. Retired members shall be entitled to all privileges and

benefits of membership, except for attending closed meetings, voting and holding office.
