Explanation of Awards
PASS Safety and Health Advocacy Award:
Awarded to the two chapters that maintain, promote and improve safety/health conditions in their own chapter and in others. These are the chapters that go above and beyond to ensure that chapter members are safe in the workplace.
PASS Safety Champion:
Presented to the member who best exhibits an extraordinary commitment to safety and health. This individual has a major impact on safety at the workplace and is dedicated to improving safety for all PASS members.
PASS Safety Hero:
Given to the member who displays an outstanding commitment to the well being of others. For example, a member who performs a heroic act during an emergency or disaster in support of fellow members and other people. The recipient of this award goes above and beyond assisting others and ensuring safety.
