Since its early days as a union representing technicians at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), PASS has been a member of the International Federation of Air Traffic Safety Electronics Associations (IFATSEA). IFATSEA is the authoritative voice on the competence of air traffic safety electronics personnel. Using its strong global network, the organization actively contributes to the improvement of air traffic safety performance worldwide. PASS is currently represented by Pat Delaney, who is the IFATSEA Vice President and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) liaison.
