National President Mike Perrone will be featured in Overland Resource Group's Profiles in CollaborationTM series, which includes conversation with recognized union leaders, corporate executives and experts
in labor-management relations who have successfully transformed organizations through collaborative leadership.
"The collaborative process has been an interesting, rewarding and sometimes difficult journey," said Perrone. "But, ultimately, it has improved PASS's relationship with the FAA. Overland assisted in the process by cataloguing the best practices and insights from those who have used collaboration successfully to help labor and management move beyond their challenges."
"Mike has brought tremendous leadership to the collaborative process established between PASS and the FAA's Technical Operations line of business," said Cathy Wright, host of the series and Overland vice president. "In this interview, he shares their story of collaborative success from start-up through dust-ups; from making measureable progress to assuring long-term sustainability."
